The CYD? Regionals kicked off last month in Glasgow and following a successful event, they'll be heading to Norwich on the 27th April.
Get ready to perform, compete, take part in exciting masterclasses, and chat with world-class dance colleges and businesses at the CYD? exhibition. Regardless of your ability, the CYD? Regionals are open to all dancers aged five and up making them an inclusive and supportive environment to level-up your dance skills and meet new dance friends.
Enjoy the thrill of competing? Sign your dance school up for our group competition, giving your students the opportunity to showcase their skills and take home exclusive prizes—all with the chance to compete in the finals at the CYD? Super Convention in Liverpool this October on the Main Stage! Whether you're new to competing or have a lot of experience, we welcome everyone, all we ask is that dancers are aged eight and upwards and you have a minimum of six dancers in your team.
If you'd prefer to highlight your talents without the pressure of competition, the CYD? Performance Showcase is perfect for your dance school. You'll get the chance to share your latest and greatest choreography with our audience, all while having fun. Dance schools can choose to either perform or compete at the CYD? Regional Events, allowing even more schools to take to the stage. We understand not all schools compete, so we're thrilled to offer this inclusive opportunity in 2025!

Whether you're attending with your dance school or as an individual dancer, the CYD? Regionals boast a large amount of exciting masterclasses in various dance genres, for a range of abilities. The Masterclasses are taught by industry-leading faculty, who are hand-picked for their extensive teaching experience. The CYD? Regionals Norwich faculty have already been announced so get ready to take classes with Ryan-Lee Seager, Tyson Simon, Dianté Lodge, Gabby Russel, Charlie Bruce, Nathaniel Jones, and Debbie Paul!
This year, the brand new Tap Zone has been launched. With only ten spaces per class available, you don't want to miss out on this exclusive opportunity to enhance your tap skills with professional tap artist, Caleb Cameron.
Throughout the classes, special awards, prizes, potential scholarships and audition cards are distributed to add an extra layer of excitement and recognition. Dancers can be scouted for the CYD? Dancer of the Year final, held at the CYD? Super Convention, CYD x Joffrey Intensive part & fully funded scholarships, gold cards for college scholarship auditions as well as other awards!

Exhibition offers fantastic opportunities to network with colleges and gain career advice from the experts to help further your dance training.
Additionally, the event features exciting areas like the Showtime Circus Experience and AcroPAD, along with fun social zones and plenty of photo opportunities to capture your memories!
